I  was praying in the Spirit, when I had a vision of tentacles that were wrapped around a person’s brain.  Immediately I heard these words, “Lies and deception wrap itself around rebellion”.  As I was praying more into it, I heard the Lord saying that there is now a fresh wind of the Spirit of Truth blowing through the body of Christ, exposing everything that is not pure and truthful. This wind will blow out every covering of the lie and deception.  It is a cleansing and purifying work of the Holy Spirit that He is doing in the hearts of those who love Him, in preparation of the coming of the King, so that His Bride can be all glorious within.

Rev. 19:7: “Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready. And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.

We are in a season of preparation for the coming of the Bridegroom, and as we spend much time in His Presence, not to receive His gifts and blessings, but to adore and worship Him and to truly learn to know Him and His heart’s desires for us, the Spirit of Truth will expose every lie and deception that we have walked in.  He will lead us into all truth and as we embrace this purifying and cleansing work of Holy Spirit, our garments will be made white and bright.  Jesus is the Truth, the Light and the Way and nothing outside of truth and light will stand before Him in His Kingdom.

John 6:13  “Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.

ANOTHER VISION of THE SWORD OF TRUTH

I had a vision of the Lord with His right side facing me.  I saw a very bring light shining on a gold sheath on His hip.  Then He turned towards me and I saw that He was wearing a heavy gold belt around His loins, but the sheath was empty.  He held the glimmering sword in His right hand and then I heard Him saying that the Sword of Truth will cut off every lie and deception from His Bride.  Heb. 4:12-13 was quickened to me: “For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.

FAITHFUL IN THE UNRIGHTEOUS MAMMON

Walking in faithfulness to God, in equity, justice, truth, prudence and honesty regarding money, will determine how much of the true riches in Christ we will receive.

Luke 16:10-11 “He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much. If therefore ye have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true riches?

Our attitude towards money will also reveal whether we truly trust God, or whether we put our trust in the security of money.

John 8:32  “And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

Those who will look into the light of truth, and allow it to expose the deepest parts of the heart’s motives, bringing it in alignment with the truth of the Word, will be spared in the judgment that will begin in the house of God.

II Samuel 22:27 ”With the pure You will show Yourself pure; And with the devious You will show Yourself shrewd.

WATCHFUL OVER OUR HEARTS

Those of us who are in ministry must especially be watchful over our hearts.

II Cor. 4:1-2 “Therefore seeing we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we faint not; But have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man’s conscience in the sight of God.

The Sword of Truth reveals the true motives and intentions of the heart.  If we come to true repentance, He will flood us with His light to shine His glory in greater degrees.

Since I have received and embraced this Word, the Sword of Truth has really dealt with me in all areas of my life, revealing the foxes and bringing great enlightenment.  Glory to God for His mercy and grace over us!

Sometimes we do things actually for selfish reasons and then put a cloak of religiosity over it to make it seem good, like a show of godliness, but there is no power of truth in it.

BEING MEN OF OUR WORD

When we are not people of our word, we break trust and our words will carry no effect or weight.  We have to live what we say in righteousness in order to bring change and shift from darkness to light.

Matt. 5:20 “For I say unto you, that except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and
Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.

If we want to walk in the weight of God’s glory in Kingdom reality, we must live out of internal righteousness.  We have to fulfill the promises we make to others. Our “yes” must be “yes” in truth and our “no” must be “no”.

TAKING A STAND FOR TRUTH

Eph. 6:14  “Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness.

Compromise will not pass God’s judgment.  Truth girds up our armor and keeps it in place.  When we lose our belt of truth, we lose authority in the spirit realm.

TRUTH AND LIGHT

Truth is the opposite of deception and lies. Truth and light are married and are opposing darkness.

Truth and grace form part of the glory of God and when we depart from truth, we depart from His glory.

PRAYER:  Father of glory, let the Spirit of Truth blow through our lives with a cleansing wind and let the Sword of Truth bring a clear separation between soul and spirit, judging our hearts to the core, so that our garments can be washed white and bright before you to live in Your Presence continually.

Blessings

August 20th, 2010NEVER FORGET

The world hasn’t just become wicked…it’ s always been wicked. The prize doesn’t always go to the most deserving.

Irena Sendler

There recently was a death of a 98 year-old lady named Irena.

During WWII, Irena, got permission to work in the Warsaw ghetto, as a Plumbing/Sewer specialist.

She had an ‘ulterior motive’.

She KNEW what the Nazi’s plans were for the Jews (being German).

Irena smuggled infants out in the bottom of the tool box she carried and she carried in the back of her truck a burlap sack, (for larger kids).

She also had a dog in the back that she trained to bark when the Nazi soldiers let her in and out of the ghetto.

The soldiers of course wanted nothing to do with the dog and the barking covered the kids/infants noises.

During her time of doing this, she managed to smuggle out and save 2500 kids/infants.

She was caught, and the Nazi’s broke both her legs, arms and beat her severely.

Irena kept a record of the names of all the kids she smuggled out and kept them in a glass jar, buried under a tree in her back yard.

After the war, she tried to locate any parents that may have survived it and reunited the family.

Most had been gassed. Those kids she helped got placed into foster family homes or adopted.

Last year Irena was up for the Nobel Peace Prize.

She was not selected.

Al Gore won — for a slide show on Global Warming.

In MEMORIAM – 63 YEARS LATER

Please read the little cartoon carefully, it’s powerful.

Then read the comments at the end.

I’m doing my small part by forwarding this message.

I hope you’ll consider doing the same..

It is now more than 60 years after the Second World War in Europe ended.

This e-mail is being sent as a memorial chain, in memory of the six million Jews, 20 million Russians, 10 million Christians and 1,900 Catholic priests who were murdered, massacred, raped, burned, starved and humiliated!

Now, more than ever, with Iraq , Iran , and others, claiming the HOLOCAUST to be ‘a myth’.

It’s imperative to make sure the world never forgets, because there are others who would like to do it again.

August 17th, 2010THE MOST BEAUTIFUL FLOWER

p0321240

The park bench was deserted as I sat down to read

Beneath the long, straggly branches of an old willow tree
Disillusioned by life with good reason to frown,

For the world was intent on dragging me down.

And if that weren’t enough to ruin my day
A young boy out of breath approached me, all tired from play.
He stood right before me with his head tilted down

And said with great excitement, “Look what I found!”

In his hand was a flower, and what a pitiful sight,

With its petals all worn – not enough rain, or too little light.
Wanting him to take his dead flower and go off to play,

I faked a small smile and then shifted away.

But instead of retreating he sat next to my side

And placed the flower to his nose and declared with overacted surprise,
“It sure smells pretty and it’s beautiful, too.

That’s why I picked it; here, it’s for you.”

The weed before me was dying or dead.
Not vibrant of colours, orange, yellow or red.
But I knew I must take it, or he might never leave.
So I reached for the flower, and replied, “Just what I need.”

But instead of him placing the flower in my hand,

He held it mid-air without reason or plan.
It was then that I noticed for the very first time

That weed-toting boy could not see: he was blind.

I heard my voice quiver, tears shone like the sun

As I thanked him for picking the very best one.
“You’re welcome,” he smiled, and then ran off to play,

Unaware of the impact he’d had on my day.

I sat there and wondered how he managed to see

A self-pitying woman beneath an old willow tree.
How did he know of my self-indulged plight?
Perhaps from his heart, he’d been blessed with true sight.

Through the eyes of a blind child, at last I could see

The problem was not with the world; the problem was me.
And for all of those times I myself had been blind,
I vowed to see the beauty in life, and appreciate every second that’s mine.

And then I held that wilted flower up to my nose

And breathed in the fragrance of a beautiful rose
And smiled as I watched that young boy, another weed in his hand

About to change the life of an unsuspecting old man.

August 14th, 2010GOD’S EMBROIDERY

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding, in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths. Proverbs 3:5

When I was a little boy, my mother used to embroider a great deal.

I would sit at her knee and look up from the floor and ask what she was doing. She informed me that she was embroidering.

I told her that it looked like a mess from where I was. As from the underside I watched her work within the boundaries of the little round hoop that she held in her hand, I complained to her that it sure looked messy from where I sat. She would smile at me, look down and gently say, “My son, you go about your playing for awhile, and when I am finished with my embroidering, I will put you on my knee and let you see it from my side.”

I would wonder why she was using some dark threads along with the bright ones and why they seemed so jumbled from my view. A few minutes would pass and then I would hear Mother’s voice say, “Son, come and sit on my knee.” This I did only to be surprised and thrilled to see a beautiful flower or a sunset. I could not believe it, because from underneath it looked so messy.

Then Mother would say to me, “My son, from underneath it did look messy and jumbled, but you did not realize that there was a pre-drawn plan on the top. It was a design. I was only following it. Now look at it from my side and you will see what I was doing.”

Many times through the years I have looked up to my Heavenly Father and said, “Father, what are You doing?” He has answered, “I am embroidering your life.” I say, “But it looks like a mess to me. It seems so jumbled. The threads seem so dark.” The Father seems to tell me, “‘My child, you go about your business of doing My business, and one day I will bring you to Heaven and put you on My knee and you will see the plan from My side.”

For I know the plans I have for you”, declares the Lord
“plans for good and not for evil,
plans to give you a future and a hope.”

August 10th, 2010JEHOVA NISSI / JEHOVA ROPHE

YAHWEH NISSI means “The Lord is my banner or standard”.

This was the name given  to the altar which Moses erected to commemorate the defeat of the Amalekites at Rephidim (Ex. 17:8-15).

God promises to defend His people from their enemies and to give them the victory in all things.

His banner over us signifies His presence, His power and His provision for us. Remember Song of Solomon 2:4  which refers to His banner over us is love.

YAHWEH ROPHE – The Lord Who Heals.

“Rapha” means restoring something to it’s normal state.

At Marah, on the way to Sinai, the Lord promised Israel that if they fully obeyed him, he would not bring on them the diseases he brought on Egypt. His name of assurance means “[I am] Yahweh who heals you” (Ex. 15:22-26)

The Lord is our Healer. He brings healing to our lives.

From the word “rophe” (to heal); implies spiritual, emotional as well as physical healing. (Jer. 30:17; 3:22; Is. 61:1) God heals body, soul and spirit; all levels of man´s being.

God wants to heal not only our sicknesses and physical health but also our emotional health…even our ‘land’ can be healed. We can pray to our Jehova-Rophe (or Rapha), our Lord God Who heals us.
